Making endnotes clickable
The new syntax for the \endnote command is,
\endnote*[<num>]{<note-text>}\label{<name>}
The use of * causes the endnote mark not to appear. If \label{<name>} ap-pears, a hypertext links is created pointing to the placement of the endnote at the end of the document.
