Objectives

• Codify and articulate the relevance of cultural, science and innovation diplomacy for EU external relations as part of systemic and strategic approach

• Identify how the EU and its MS can collectively and individually develop an institutional and strategic policy environment

conducive of extra-regional cultural and science diplomacy
