Up for a challenge ?

Student competition

Can you come up with a product that’ll have customers queueing up in no time with their mouths watering? And does that product also have health benefits and can it be pro- duced sustainably? If so, why not take part in the Dutch preliminary round of Ecotrophelia and get the chance to win fantastic prizes!

The top prize is a cheque for € 1,000.00 plus a place in the European final.

Who can enter?

The competition is open to teams of students enrolled in any food-related study programme at a university or other establishment of scientific/

technical higher education. Teams may include a maximum of 8 students.

The challenge

Ecotrophelia is all about sustainability and health. In this challenge, you’ll be developing a new food product that is good for your health and can be made sustainably. A panel will decide which entry is the best match for these criteria. And that includes a taste test too!
