Conclusion

Rail Baltica project remains on plan for opening in 2026

Will shortly transition from the design phase to construction phase

Division of construction responsibilities is agreed upon and delivery plans are being developed

Major procurements and construction will commence over next 12 to18 months in all aspects of the project

Aim is to develop the best approaches to contracting – feedback is welcome on the options

presented
