README for the ‘edfnotes’ package critical annotations to footnote lines

‘edfnotes.sty’ extends ‘ednotes.sty’ so that you can refer even to footnotes of the edited work by line numbers, building on the accompanying ‘fnlineno’ package in the ‘lineno’ bundle.
