The original version of this article [1] contains an error in the Optimization section. The parameter set x shown in Equation 2 features a parameter s which was later removed and not used in the opti-mization. As a consequence, the total number of parame-ters stated in the same section of the original ver-sion is also incorrect. The correct total number of parameters is 31.
