In the interest of investigating the role of personality types and team performance we are gathering information from IBC students about their IBC team experience. As someone who has nearly completed IBC, you are in a unique position to provide us with insight about team work. Please take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete the enclosed survey. Your participation is completelyvoluntary and your answers are entirely anonymous. Only myself and two other colleagues will see your answers and comments, and because we do not know your identity there is no way to link you to your answers.
