Form 2: Project application
Metamorfoze StudyFill in this form if you intend to submit an application to Metamorfoze Study. The aim is to assess the quality of the research proposal and to estimate the complexity of the project. Conditions for an application:
- the proposal should be compatible with the objectives of the Metamorfoze programme; - the applicant should assent to the publication of the study results and the acquired knowledge.
The Metamorfoze Study Advisory Committee advises the National Library's Director General on the allocation of funding. The Metamorfoze website includes detailed information about the procedure as well as Bureau Metamorfoze’s contact data; see

Please send the completed form, including the budget and the CVs of all the
researchers/supervisors in question, to the coordinator with whom you were in contact.

Project application
1. Describe the background, problem definition and importance of the proposed study. Maximum 200 words.
2. Outline the importance of the study and its scientific contribution. State your reasons in a maximum of 500 words.
3. Describe the aim of the proposed study and outline the research approach to achieve that aim. State your reasons in a maximum of 500 words.
4. Describe the expertise of the researcher(s)/supervisor and give reasons for the composition of the research team (where applicable).
Maximum 200 words – add the relevant CVs.
5. Outline the work schedule and the organisational structure of the proposed study. Maximum 500 words.
6. Add the budget for the proposed study; see the link on the Metamorfoze website.
7. Describe how the knowledge and results of the proposed study will be distributed, used and valorised. Maximum 500 words.
