Curriculumm Vitae

Thee author was born on November 16, 1970 in Paris. He obtained a first degreee in Sciences at the University of Paris-Orsay (1991) and a diploma in Chemicall Engineering at the European High Institute of Chemistry in Strasbourg (1995).. He studied History of Art at the Paris-Sorbonne University (1989-1991) andd the University of Strasbourg (1993-1995). He held internships at the Conservationn Analytical Laboratory of the Smithsonian Institution, Washington D.C.. (1993), at the Schweizerisches Instirut fur Kunstwissenschaft, Zurich (1994), andd at the Tate Gallery, London (1995). He served in the French Army at the nationall military forensic lab (IRCGN), Rosny-sous-Bois. In 1996 he joined the FOM-Institutee for Atomic and Molecular Physics in Amsterdam as Ph.D. student workingg for the MOLART project. Since 2001, he has been an examiner in the fieldd of Industrial Chemistry with the European Patent Office, The Hague.
