1. Vrouwen met overgewicht hebben een verminderde kans op een doorgaande zwangerschap en een verhoogde kans op zwangerschapscomplicaties. (dit

2. Ondanks dat behandeling met metformine tijdens de zwangerschap resulteert in een afname in body mass index in vergelijking met placebo, blijft leefstijlinterventie voor gewichtsverlies de eerste keus in behandeling. (dit
