Thank you for taking the time to participate in this questionnaire. The year 2020 was full of changes and new ways of working within [firm local entity name]. The uniformization of the different
branches within [old firm name] was still ongoing while the split-off of [new firm name] was being prepared - and was postponed due to the market situation with COVID-19 playing a big role. This combined with the drive from the market for more efficiency, and the working from home situation boosted IT developments globally. Software tools are being replaced by more modern tools or are updated by their providers to improve quality and efficiency. This survey is put together as part of my thesis to learn on how to improve software implementation and use of new software within our company. The survey is only distributed within [local entity name] and the responses are registered completely anonymous. The focus is on the collective responses.
