De budgetten staan in de blauwe kolommen per jaar vermeld en gelden als richtlijn voor het aantal te besteden uur voor project A. De werkelijk bestede uren staan in de oranje kolommen per jaar vermeld. Uit de grafiek hieronder blijkt dat voor dezelfde werkzaamheden binnen project A elk jaar de uren dichter bij het budget komen
